This is an agreement between you and MTM Software for all services and applications (hereinafter: ‘Apps’) produced by MTM Software . We make Apps available to you subject to the following Terms of Use. Do not use our Apps if you do not accept these Terms of Use. If you use Apps, you affirmatively accept these Terms of Use.
Apps can be downloaded freely, functioning on the basis of an advertising model. Some of the Apps have a paid version that does not contain advertising. In general, if you do not want us to use your data to tailor the ads that are displayed within the аpp, you can choose to use a version that does not contain advertising.

1.1 You agree to use our Apps only for purposes that are permitted by (a) these Terms of Use and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the download, installation and/or use of the Apps.
1.2 By using our Apps, you are consenting to our processing of data as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
1.3 You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any content accessed from the Apps or third-party websites. You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that we have no responsibility to you or to any third party for) your use of the Apps.
1.4 You acknowledge that the Apps may communicate with our servers from time to time to check for updates to the Apps, such as bug fixes, patches, enhanced functions, missing plug-ins and new versions. By installing our Apps, you agree to such automatically requested and received updates.
1.5 You agree that we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Apps (or any features within the Apps) to you or to users generally at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You agree that if we disable access to the Apps, you may be prevented from accessing the Apps or certain features within the Apps.

2.1 The Apps, and all content included on or within the Apps, such as the user interface, the compilation of the content and arrangement of the website, and all text, graphics, pictures, sound, video, data, applications and other content, is the property of us, our licensors or content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution of such content except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is prohibited.
2.2 We grant you a personal revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of our Apps. You may not download, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify it, or any portion of it, except with our express written consent. The Apps may not be copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not link, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the Apps without our prior written consent. Your unauthorized use of the Apps will immediately terminate the limited license granted by us.

3.1 We do not warrant that the Apps, its functions, or content will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defects will be corrected. TMT makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or fitness for use of any offers, advertisement or third party content presented in connection with the Apps. All App are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. You agree that your use of the Apps is at your sole risk.
3.2 We will not be liable to you for any damages of any kind arising from your use or inability to use the Apps. Our liability for monetary damages for any claims that you may have against us is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Apps.

4.1 The courts of the Republic of Belarus will have jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, any use of our Services. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Belarus. If you are a consumer, the choice of law only applies to the extent that there is no restriction with regard to mandatory rules of the country where you are domiciled or habitually resident.
4.2 Any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Apps must be brought within one (1) year after the event or such claim is barred.

5.1 Available subscription options
- a yearly subscription (comes without free trial) for $44.99 USD;
- a months subscription (comes without free trial) for $14.99 USD;
- a weekly subscription (comes with a 3-day free trial) for $4.99 USD;
- a weekly subscription (comes without free trial) for $7.99 USD;
Your free trial subscription will automatically renew to a paid subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period.
Please note: any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period.
You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your iTunes account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
The price of subscription corresponds to the same price segment, which are set in the "Apple's App Store Matrix" for other currencies.
